This policy governs transactional SMS notifications sent by NeverForget®, a service developed, published and operated by Creative Galaxy SAS.
1. Nature of the SMS
NeverForget® sends only standardized A2P transactional notifications following an individual delivery request created by an authenticated user. The user may compose a private personal or professional message within NeverForget®, but that private content is never included directly in the SMS.
2. Sender
NeverForget® is the A2P sender of the notification. The SMS only informs the recipient that a private message is available on a secure delivery page accessible through a unique link hosted on https://nfgt.eu. Users cannot create or edit free-form SMS content. All SMS notifications are generated from platform-controlled templates.
3. No marketing
NeverForget® does not send advertising, marketing, promotional, lead-generation or prospecting messages through this programme.
4. Recipient phone numbers
NeverForget® does not purchase, rent, scrape, aggregate or use third-party contact lists. Recipient phone numbers are provided by authenticated users solely for the purpose of completing an individual private-message delivery request.
5. Opt-out (STOP) and HELP
Recipients may reply STOP, STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL or END to opt out. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. Where supported, START, YES or UNSTOP may be used to opt back in.
6. Frequency, message and data rates
Message frequency varies because each SMS corresponds to a separate delivery request. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Data protection
Recipient phone numbers are not sold, rented or used for unrelated commercial purposes.
