NeverForget® is a private-message delivery platform operated by Creative Galaxy SAS. When an authenticated user requests the delivery of a message to a person they know, NeverForget® — acting as the A2P sender — sends a standardized transactional SMS notification. The personal message is never included in the SMS: it is viewed on a secure delivery page hosted on https://nfgt.eu.
The full flow, step by step
Step 1 — Creating the private message
An authenticated user creates an Intention® and composes a private message to a specifically identified person.
Step 2 — Choosing the notification channel
The user selects SMS as the way to notify the recipient that the private message is available.
Step 3 — Recipient information
The user provides the recipient's name and phone number solely to execute this individual delivery.
Step 4 — Confirming the request
The user confirms the information is accurate, that the recipient is a person they know, and that the number does not come from a purchased, rented, scraped or imported list.
Step 5 — Private page generation
NeverForget® creates a secure delivery page containing the personal message.
Step 6 — A2P delivery
At the scheduled time, NeverForget® sends a standardized SMS notification. The notification never contains the personal message.
Step 7 — Viewing the message
The recipient opens the secure link https://nfgt.eu to view the private message.
Step 8 — Opting out
The recipient can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS notifications from this number. HELP returns assistance information. Where supported, START, YES or UNSTOP may be used to opt back in.
